Project Manager (.NET Technologies)

Candidate profile:

• B.Tech/ M.Tech/ B.E/ M.E in Computer Science or a related field.

• Ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must

• Exposure to pre-sales and proposal making activities in a similar role essential

• Strong foundation in SDLC concepts & exposure to quality processes

• Proven project lead expertise & excellent communication skills

Job Description:

• Manage working resources for a team size of 10 to 25 members and 5-6 projects simultaneously.

• Ensure 100% compliance of the software development processes.

• Prepare relevant documents for the project plan. Communicate constantly with the client on issues/status regarding project execution.

• Responsible for staffing and assimilating technical facilities for the project.

• Define and prepare project plans

• Estimate Projects’ efforts and prepare schedules.

• Evaluate high level design and architecture

• Define project team organization, allocate, execute project assignments and monitor tasks assigned to team members

• Ensure adherence to delivery schedules & quality processes

• Should be responsible for reporting directly to management for progress and status of projects to management.

• Should be responsible for making and ensuring standards

Experience: 5-8 Years (Min 2 years as Project Manager Experience)

Location: Thane - Mumbai - India
