Engineer (Multi OS)
Candidate profile
- Basic Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP
Protocol Suite, POP, SMTP, IMAP, Web Server, Domain
Name, Mail Server, Database Server etc.
- Ability to handle servers remotely.
- Ability to work in a team or
individually.
- Good Drafting skill
- Ability to prioritize the work
- Must be flexible on shift
scheduling.
- Any certification is a plus.
- Should be having a minimum of 1+
years of experience.
Job Description
- Monitor and manage trouble tickets
and Assure that all tickets are handled within the
appropriate timeframe
- Emergency on-call duties are
required outside office hours
- Excellent customer service skills
- Establish and follow through with
individual, team, and company wide goals
