How should I Set Filters to avoid SPAM & Virus Mails ?
Following are the steps to Set Filters to avoid SPAM & Virus Mails:
- Select the Filter from the Personal account options
- Select the appropriate field from the
options available in the Field listbox
- Select Contains or doesn't contain depending on your rule to allow or disallow )
- Enter the keywords or key phrases that
you want to block in the PHRASE textarea.
- Click on Add Condition
- The rule that you add will appear in
the RULE list. You can add multiple rules by selecting the appropriate
condition like AND and OR
- Select the appropriate action from the
actions box.
- Click on Finish
