How should I Set Domain Processing Rule ?
Following are the steps to Set Domain Processing Rule:
- Login to the web-based email client using through the URL
http://www.sitename.ext:8383
with the administrative login and password (Here sitename.ext stands for the name of your website.)
- Once you have logged in, expand the Adminstrative Account Options listbox.
- Select Domain Processing Rule option.
- Select Inbound or Outbound depending
upon the type of rule that you wish to set.
- Click on Add Rule link or simply click
on the Add button.
- Select the appropriate field from the
options available in the Field listbox
- Select Contains or doesn't contain
depending on your rule to allow or disallow
- Enter the keywords or key phrases that
you want to block in the PHRASE textarea
- Click on Add Condition
- The rule that you add will appear in
the RULE list. You can add multiple rules by selecting the appropriate
condition like AND and OR
- Select the appropriate action from the
actions box.
- Click on Finish.
