How should I set an auto responder?
Following are the steps to Set an auto responder:
- Login to the web-based email client using through the URL http://www.sitename.ext:8383
using the administrative login and password (Here sitename.ext stands for the name of your website.)
- Once you have logged in, expand the Personal Account Options listbox.
- Select Edit Auto Response option.
- Select the mailbox for which the
autoresponder is to be set.
- If you want to forward the email to
some other email id after the autoresponder is sent to the sender, enter
the destination id in the EMAIL field
- Enter the message to be sent as
autoresponder in the MESSAGE field. The maximum character limit of a
message is 80.
- Click on Save Button
