Answer How to create an email id ? 

    Answer Following are the steps to create an email id:
  • Login to the web-based email client using through the URL http://www.sitename.ext:8383 using your Administrative login and password(Here sitename.ext stands for the name of your website.)
  • Select User Administration from Administrative Account options.
  • Click on Add button.
  • Enter user id in the USER ID field. Note : UserID User Identification (UserID) may be from 3 to 30 characters long and must consist of alphanumeric, '_','-' and periods.
  • Enter First name in the FIRST NAME field.
  • Enter Last name in the LAST NAME field.
  • Enter password in the PASSWORD field and re-enter the password in the CONFIRM PASSWORD field . Note :Passwords may be from 3 to 30 characters long and cannot contain spaces
  • Enter Max Mailbox Size in the Text Box labeled MAX MAILBOX SIZE: Note : The maximum size (in bytes) for each mailbox created in the user's mail account. If a mailbox size exceeds the maximum size, any new mail sent to the email account will return to the sender.
  • Enter Max Number of Message in the Text Box labeled MAX NUM MESSAGES: Note : The maximum number of messages (the total for all mailboxes created in the user's mail account). If a mailbox exceeds the maximum number of Messages  then, any new mail for the mailbox will return to the sender. Enter 0 for unlimited Messages. 

    Check the following USER ATTRIBUTES as desired
     

    1. User cannot change password
    2. Allow Web access (recommended)
    3. Account access disabled
    4. User cannot modify LDAP attributes
    5. Hide from information services
    6. List administrator
    7. Enable Spell Checking
    8. Enable IMail Web Calendaring
    9. Click on Save. 
 
Answer How to delete an email id ? 

    Answer Following are the steps to delete an email id:
  • Login to the web-based email client using through the URL http://www.sitename.ext:8383 (Here sitename.ext stands for the name of your website.)
  • Select User Administration from the Administrative Account Options.
  • Select the user that you wish to delete and click on Delete.
  • You will get a warning window stating that the user's directory will be permanently deleted. Click on OK.
  • You will get the successful deletion message.

    Answer Following are the steps to Modify the Account of the users
  • Login to the web-based email client using through the URL http://www.sitename.ext:8383 (Here sitename.ext stands for the name of your website.)
  • Select User Administration from the Administrative Account Options.
  • Select the user that you wish to modify and click on Modify.
  • Make the necessary changes in the account and click on Save.
