- Login to the web-based email client using through the URL http://www.sitename.ext:8383 using your Administrative login and password (Here sitename.ext stands for the name of your website.)
- Once you have logged in, expand the Personal Account Options listbox.
- Select Edit Preferences option.
- Select the desired options from the number of options available.
- Click on Save.
