Answer How to set a pop account in MS Outlook ? 

    Answer To configure Outlook Express to send and receive emails, follow the steps given below :
  • Go to Tools
  • Go to Email Accounts
  • Select option Add a new mail account & click on Next button
  • Select option POP3 & click on Next button
  • In your Name enter the Display Name.
  • In email id textbox enter the email id or pop id. (Enter the email id, for example, for admin@sitename.com)
  • Enter the POP and SMTP server as mail.sitename.com.
  • Enter the whole email id in the User name textbox and enter the password. (here it will be the whole email id).
  • Click on More Setting Button.
  • In the General Tab specify the mail account name & other user information as Organisation Name & reply address
  • Go to Server Tab.
  • Check the option My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires authentication. Click on OK
  • Click on Next Button
  • Click on finish.
