How to set set a pop account in Outlook Express ?
To configure Outlook Express to send and receive emails, follow the steps given below :
- Go to Tools
- Go to Accounts
- Add new mail
- Enter the Display Name.
- Enter the Display Name.
- Enter the email id, for example, for
admin@sitename.com.
- Enter the POP and SMTP server as mail.sitename.com.
- Enter the complete email id in the account name and enter the password. (here it will be the
complete email id).
- Click on finish.
- Once you have created the mail account in the Outlook Express, select the account and click on the Properties.
- Go to the Servers Tab.
- Check the option My Server Requires authentication.
